At olglasses.com, we do our best to ensure that all the glasses are assembled perfectly and according to the prescription and requirement of our customers. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your glasses, you may return the glasses and receive the refund.

1. If you are not satisfied with the quality of product, please contact us within 5 working ways after you receive the glasses, then you will receive full refund (shipping fee not included). Please return the glasses to the address we provide and make sure that the returned item must be complete with case and cleaning cloth. After 5 working days limit, you will receive full frame price and 50% cost of the lens for the glasses ordered subjected to the previous parameters (inform first, return with case and cleaning cloth). If you return the glasses without informing us first, you will not receive the refund, and we do not have the responsibility to refund you.

2. If the lenses are not according to the prescription you filled on our website perfectly, we have the responsibility for this. Then you will receive full refund or ask for redoing a new pair of glasses for free. If you enter the wrong prescription, we do not have the responsibility to refund you, but you can contact our customer service in order to minimize the loss.

3. If the glasses are defective or damaged during the delivery, please contact us within 7 days after you receive the glasses, also please send us a picture of the glasses by email. Then we will send you a new pair according to your requirement.
